NO SHOW/ CANCELLATION POLICY
When clients don't show up, cancel, or reschedule appointments at the last minute, it's too late for us to fill the appointment slot with another client. As a result, we suffer lost revenue, which has a significant negative impact on our business.
Our policy has always been that we charge a fee for appointment no shows, late cancellations, and late rescheduled appointments less than 24 hours before the appointment time.
We understand that sometime circumstances may arise which make it impossible for you to keep a scheduled appointment. Should this happen in the future, please call us at (954) 681-5315 to reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointments.
-The deposit is non-refundable, in case of not being able to attend the session, it can be moved to another convenient date for both parties.
-Sessions taking place +20 minutes outside zip32832 require a travel fee.
-All sales are final.
-Payment is by cash, zelle, venmo, cash app.
-Please come ready and prepared for the session.
-Sessions scheduled after 5:00 pm will have an additional cost of $30.
-If you refer a friend or family member you earn $10 discount for your next session, They are cumulative! (certain restrictions apply)
-Pets are welcome and will be counted as a session participant.
-Black and White images have an additional cost of $30 per session.
